During pregnancy and labour women commonly experience a weakness in their pelvic floor. This class is focused on ensuring that post natal women build up these muscles again after giving birth. We fully understand how demanding being a new Mum is, which is why we welcome you to bring your babies with you to this class. There will be no more than 3 other Mums with their Bubs in the class. We encourage Bub to be fed (in the hope they may sleep during the class), however there is no judgement at all. One baby will always cry, yours one minute and someone else's the next so you do not need to worry about this.
